The data sources from where we retrieve the data consist of third parties — alternative data sources, mainly social media, are public sources.

Currently, there are neither specific jurisdiction requirements concerning the capture, the processing and the usage of publicly available data sources, nor licensing required.

From a regulatory standpoint, alternative data sources such as social media edict their clear privacy policy allowing users to actively opt-in or opt-out especially in particular for marketing purposes.

We aggregate these data not for neither gross marketing, nor targeted marketing but for analytical purposes, only performing sentiment analysis.

From an EU GDPR perspective, We are a controller and processes data under the legitimate interest rules.

We are not responsible for any privacy practices of third parties from where we retrieve the data.
